10 things I Wish to Achieve in 2011

One year ago, looking ahead for 2010, I knew it would be a very different and challenging year for me. I wished that I will have a great time in Australia and I will mature as a person. Looking back, I have to admit I have matured in many ways. I have learned to be independent and of course more responsible for my own self. This is partly due to the fact that since last year, I have to look for my own accommodation, buy my own groceries, study without guidance etc.

If I don't search for my own place, I will be homeless. If I'm lazy to do groceries, I shall remain hungry. If I don't do the laundry, I have no clothes to wear. Thus, I have matured and developed these 'survivor instincts'. Nevertheless, these are still considered minor and I have to work harder in order to prove to myself that I'm a completely grown person. Being 23 this year, its the time I have to plan my career and make decisions that would change my life. I have to have the courage to face whatever obstacle ahead of me and most importantly, 'DARE TO DREAM'.

In 2011, I wish to achieve 10 things. Below is my checklist:

1) Be strong and faithful spiritually.

2) Get a career and strive to learn as much as possible while making good money at the same time.

3) Find my passion is life and being able to chart my career path for at least the next 5 year.

4) Be kinder to my family.

5) Squeeze in some time to meet up with friends for yumcha.

6) Go for a short holiday around Malaysia.

7) Visit Thailand and have a good time doing things we can never do once we're old.

8) Loose another 5kg from my current weight.

9) ...something I wished ever since....Get A Girlfriend...(the hardest on the list perhaps)

10) Read at least 5 books....(excluding Facebook of course)...and magazines which encourages knowledge input.

And with that, if you support me, please leave a message or even a chatbox and let me know you support me in achieving these in 2011.

HAPPY NEW YEAR, folks!!
